Thanks for the great article and the info. on the calorie burners. I will use that. I have often wondered how may calories I burn doing different activities, and now I have a way to find out.
As far as the Winter Olympics,...I love to watch them all!!! They really are helping to motivate me to Move!!!
Starting weight = 220. Weight now = 211. BP 118/78. Need to burn more calories with exercise!!!

Can you believe that after I wrote this post we got ANOTHER two feet of snow just days later? The big plowtrucks finally came through my neighborhood just this past Tuesday which is the day my car was finally dug out. It's been absolutely crazy and I'm ready for spring.
Good job on the 211lbs. That's so cool to hear. If my body drops another .3 lbs by Sunday morning (which is the day I've designated as my weekly weigh-in), I will be down exactly 10lbs so far. That sounds exciting, but percentage wise it is not very much. Only 3.7%. Absolutely better than nothing though. :)
I really appreciate using this app and find it really easy and somewhat of a motivator.

I can't believe all the snow you are getting. You are burning lots of calories out shoveling snow! Excellent Job on the 10lbs! Keep up the good work and wish for warm weather!
I'm still doing my food journal. That seems to help me keep track of what I eat. I'm going to start keeping track of calories burned too. Thought that might be a good motivator.
Keep posting. It helps me a lot!
