Great post.  I myself have just returned from a vaction in Cape Cod.  Had a great trip and ate a lot of sea food.  I am at the home and feeling very bloated state.  I have gaided 5 pounds and hope it is a lot of water weight and that I willl be back to 215 soon and then I will continue with my hopefully, downward trend.

I have been on a few cruises and it is all about the food and drink in the ships.  I was on one cruise that actually mentioned a survey that states "the average cruise passenger gains 1 pound per day on a cruise ship".  If you are on a 7 day cruise, that is 7 lbs.  If you go on a 10 day cruise, that is 10 lbs.  You have to be careful on the ships,...they are "floating buffets"!

Hope you had a great trip.  Love the photo too.
