It's Never Too Late!!

Hi Lisa:  We all get caught up in "Life" and forget to keep up with things that involve our overall health such as weight loss.  I know I do.  But I also feel we need to do things in moderation.  I was doing Weight Watchers Online with good success (they have an iPhone app and all), but then my sister came to visit and we ate out every nite, then I had to lead the Nashville MS Walk Group of a zillion people, then I had to fly to PA for my nieces Baptism...and well...eat, eat, eat...you see where I'm going with this.

I think it's finding for me a stress/life/eating balance.  I'm an emotional eater.  My husband and those around me sometimes do not help.  Are you receiving support from those around you or having anyone work to loose their own weight as well?

I'm thinking of joining curves (if I can physically do it) as it's just 30 minutes a session and the interval training I find really helps.  I've had a battle with the buldge as long as I can recall, right now we may be loosing, but soon we will be winning!  Just make time for healthy meals is what I tell myself.  Good Luck! :)
