Thank you for the links to the vitamin articles. This is very useful stuff. I appreciate what you are doing. Keep up the good work! BTW I have not been tested for vit deficiency since shortly after my surgery. I will make it a point to get this done. Thanks again for the info and reminder.

Thank you for your kind words, and you are very welcomed for the links. I also have not been tested for vitamin deficiencies until recently and I was low in B12, D, and iron. I will make it a point to get my other levels checked and to do so on an annula basis.
