Last year, I interviewed Dr. Patience White, VP of Public Health from The Arthritis Foundation and she said something incredibly motivating - losing 1 pound takes 4 pounds of stress off your knees. the Foundation are involved in a number of things that can help people with arthritis get more physically active - check out their website for more.
