ok I am 45 years old. Have been battling with weight gain for over a year. have gained about 12 pounds. I have been to 3 endo's and my primary. One time my CK level came out as 2000. My primary sent me to the ER to have it retested. It was about 400. I have seen a nutionist . I exercise between 5-8 hours a week and can't loose a pound. My legs are hurting me and I have edema. My endo is testing my hormone levels. I am on synthroid and have had hypothyroid for 20 years. My levels always come out within level...Any suggestions?

His dad refuses to tell us what's wrong only that meds are causing it. Joe was always a small guy maybe under weight. His dad and mom have put up their home for sale and moved in with Joe, wife and baby.I',m scared because we don't know the truth.any ideas? Joe is a doctor
Please re-post your full article. I am very interested in reading what you have to say about under-active thyroids + weight gain. I've tried clicking on every link to access your full article but have had no luck!
