So great of you to take charge of your own destiny.  I too got to the point were enough was enough.  I try to walk most days and work with weights 2x/wk, but still tough managing a healthy, low cal diet everyday.  Good hear we are not alone.

    Hi ,

I am overweight also ... I know how you felt .  I moved from Louisiana & became very depressed about having no friend's & leaving my old friend's .  I am making new friend's but I find people here in Texas not at all friendly as people say Texans are supposed to be .  Anyway I stayed in alot & gained like 40 or 50 lbs quick ! I was devastated about it ....  so I started back walking , I don't care if people are not friendly anymore , this is my life & body ..... WE NEED TO TAKE CARE OF OURSELVES !  So keep up the good work girly !  Take care .

I am amazed at your will to fight off obesity. You definitely have a very very strong will power. Keep it up! I have tried a lot of things in the past to ward off weight and I finally found this weight loss medicine called Xenical. It has helped me in the last 3 months to shed 5 pounds and the nest part about it is that if I do not have fatty foods, I can skip a dose. But the down side is that it is expensive and not easily available without prescription. I purchased from www.trumedcanada.com/RX/Xenical.aspx and they seemed to be cheapest source. You can try Xenical for a few months to aid in our weight loss efforts... it really helps!

    Hi Brian,

My name is Jacqueline and I am the sister of the woman that posted the original blog.  I too am fighting weight gain so I know all to well the trials and tribulations of dieting.  I'm not sure if you have visited Traceys website or not, but we welcome everyone, male or female.  We offer lots of support as well as exercise tips, recipes and other sources of useful information.

Most of the member on the site were looking for a certain diet pill when they joined and we now also have that available for sale.  And if you aren't against using pills to lose weight, I urge you to try this pill.  Depending on your size and weight, you could stand to lose a great deal in just the first month alone.

Anyway if you're interested please feel free to visit the site, it's free to join and if you decide to make a purchase all we ask is that you fill out your profile page.  Just tell everyone a little bit about yourself, we aren't there to judge so you can say anything you want to.

    Thanks for listening,

    J
