Your tips may be healthy and tasty but traditional, no!

There are plenty of ways to reduce all the fat and the sugar in cooking for the holidays. I can't imagine a turkey dinner without stuffing, but it doesn't have to have gobs of butter in it.  Gravy doesn't have to have fat in it either.  A little imagination goes a long way.

These tips were offered to merely suggest thinking twice about your traditional recipes and then coming up with some "healthier options."  You absolutely can include a "healthier version" of stuffing, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and other recipes you love.
