I've tried cow's milk and can tolerate it, have tried skim milk and don't like the color (greenish?) or the texture (watery), but I love the plain almond milk. I haven't tried it in coffee, but a friend's nieces put it in their cereal every morning. I like the fact that it lasts a long time, too. (I buy the refrigerated kind.)
