hi healthy gal

I used to try to eat less salt

everything has salt it seems

I eat less salt

I often wonder if it is enough

I went to the doctors

I gained a significent amout of weight

I am very frustrated because I dont like fruits or vegetables

I used to try to eat them

No I eat them as fast i can

Thanks for your post- consider joining a support group or if you can afford it, getting a referral by your doctor to a dieetician or nutritionist for help with dieatry changes.  You can also check out the American Dietetic Assoc website, www.eatright.org.

 

Any progress you make by reducing the amounts of processed foods in your diet so you reduce salt, sugar and unhealthy fats - will be a step in the right direction!
