MSG IS NOT HEALTHY!!!!!.  ANY ONE WHO SAYS IT IS HAS NOT DONE THE RESEARCH PROPERLY.  NOT ONLY DOES THE SODIUM AFFECT YOUR BODY, BUT THE CHEMICAL ADDITIVES WILL MAKE YOU SICK.  I GET SEVER HEADACHES WHEN I EAT ANYTHING WITH MSG IN IT. CONSEQUENTLY, I CAN NOT EAT CHINESE AS MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW THAT THE FOOD THEY SERVE HAS MSG IN IT.  IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND SOUP BROTH AND OTHER FOOD ENHANCERS WITH OUT MSG IN IT.
