  • This is the time of year when "potluck" reigns supreme.  It's certainly a good way for people to entertain during tough financial times.  It's also popular because it means people can bring their culinary talents to a party thrown by someone else.  But the concept can be a "food mine" for people struggling to have healthy food choices during the holiday season.  So let me share a secret with you - whether I'm asked to or not - I pot luck year round - because it means I can be sure there is one dish at a party that I can eat, and even have seconds.

     

    So what are some good "pot luck choice ideas?"
