Setting Weight Loss Goals

So choose a goal or two that can be accomplished without too much suffering and keep them in place for 21 days.  Three weeks is typically how long it takes to establish a behavior so that it sticks.  Maybe you give up soda, maybe you replace a processed mid-morning snack with a piece of fruit, or maybe you decide to begin a walking program.  The important thing is....you decide.
