I am going to use your program for a TOPS meeting ,,,,,TOPS stands for "take off pounds sensibly". I have been a member for about 9 years and I had my goal weight after the first year in the club. I lost my goal about a year ago and struggling at 160lbs, I should be about 140-145. I am going to do a challange using your "Diet Challenge". I will give out a copy of your 4 part work sheets. It has all the information to find you if they want to.

TOPS is a wonderful and sensible weight loss program.  If you do get members to try the assignments, let them share some of their reflections here on the site, if they are comfortable doing so.  We'd love to hear if they had any special insights or observations -
