Hi there Mammaj,
I have also lost about 35 lbs. I was feeling frustrated because I was doing it alone and found my self wanting someone to give me a "good going" or "Wow you look great" before I just stopped all together. I was happy to have lost the weight and had the desire to lose more but was feeling lonely as well.
I started my own weight loss support web site similar to this one so that I could keep in touch with my friends and family in hopes to draw my motivation from them leaving me comments and viewing my pictures.
I'm still doing my best to lose weight but I also feel happy because people started joining my site that I had never met before and I found friends in all of them. plus I now get to motivate someone else too. I love being able to feel like I can make a difference for someone else as well as myself. I'm worried less about my weight now even though I'm still working on reaching my goals because I have more joy from the people that came in to my life because of my site. So I don't have have time to feel sad and lonely all the time like I did before. I found that the less I focused on my own weight the easier it was to lose it.
I guess what I'm trying to say is just surround your self with friends and family that love you and want to see you be your best. Draw your motivation from them and keep pushing until you get past your plateau. But what ever you do "Never Give Up".
Here is a Good Going and You look great to keep you going. Good Luck & Best wishes Mammaj.
