only when we are ready to let go of our will and begin to surrender to whats inside of us can the door to our spiritual home open up, if we allow this to guide us and so align our will with it we will change, heal in our attitudes, beliefs, thinking, emmotions and perception,. spiritaul wellness is a process of slowly leting go of who we are not and rediscovering who we are, it not nivarna, we can all receive a gift and if we ready if we want to change, if we can let go , Pain is source,s way of getting us to listein ,wake up, to surrender whether we have had enough of looking outsde, or running away from our hearts is up to each individual, If not ready we will continue to live in the wilderness of spiritual bankrupcy so we will reamin in the dark trusting in attitudes, behaviours that are self defeating and leave us contuinug to search outside in people, places and thingss, llook at elvis and michael jackson
