What is the hardest obstacle to over come when trying to lose weight and how do you get past it? (i.e. lack of motivation, hunger, stress, lack of time)

I find it really difficult sometimes to keep motivated to work out every day. Sometimes I only have time to work out in the morning and it's SOOO comfortable under the covers.....the LAST thing I want to do is drag myself out of bed and hit the pavement for a morning run.
