Question of the Week!

What is the hardest obstacle to over come when trying to lose weight and how do you get past it?  (i.e. lack of motivation, hunger, stress, lack of time)

I find it really difficult sometimes to keep motivated to work out every day. Sometimes I only have time to work out in the morning and it's SOOO comfortable under the covers.....the LAST thing I want to do is drag myself out of bed and hit the pavement for a morning run.

Find one person that you can lose weight with and race them to a certain goal.Wink good luck

That's a really great idea!  Weight loss, as with any major undertaking in life, simply cannot be achieved without support around you.

 

Make it fun!  Make it new! And remember through all of it that is it leading to a better you!
