Hi I really need to lose some weight....

Just hope I can get some helpful hints that have worked for others. I have to lose about 40 pounds.

Good for you for wanting to take care of your health! As far as tips, this article may help http://www.healthcentral.com/obesity/c/276918/135786/life-calculators I wrote about using Fitday.com free online meal planning and food calculators and fitness trackers. It will let you see where you may need to reduce calories (sometimes it is surprising where they hide) or increase exercise... things like that. I find it a really useful tool - you just have to be committed to using it. I hope this helps!
