At a Glance

People who are obese or even overweight may find it difficult to get the physical activity they need simply due to their size. Excess body fat certainly comes with physical limitations that make it both physically and emotionally difficult to start an exercise program.  A physician or trainer can be very helpful in overcoming most exercise hurdles.
