With obesity comes an increased risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes, among countless other co-morbid conditions.  Diet and exercise are the keys to weight loss and management, the most important elements to treating obesity.  Start by setting realistic goals with your exercise regime, then try to stick to them.  Find the right plan to point you towards a better quality-of-life.
