if you are morbidly obese it may give you a weight loss edge but it will take a therapy plan that includes a diet, exercise and emotional support to really begin to tackle your weight.  Please consider getting help from professionals and commiting to the knowledge that it may take a couple of years to get the weight off.  maintaining that weight loss will be a daily challenge but it can be done with the right medical and support teams.
