finding the root of the problem

my obesity stems from childhood sexual abuse - how do I get to the root of the problem so I can release what is holding me back from losing weight?  I have seen therapists and we work on issues that seem to be roadblocks but I'm just not "getting it". I feel there has to be some piece, some issue, that is holding me back.  My body and soul just do not seem to find it.... the release of the root cause.
