Q: Do I Have To Use Pills To Loose Weight?

If you are willing to even consider spending money on pills then instead choose to spend the money on some sessions with a nutritionist, a gym membership/some personal training sessions, home exercise DVDs, a set of weights or take the "no cost" journey into a walking program and use the internet for ideas on walking porgrams, weight training schedules and menu plans for a reasonable and healthy weight loss eating plan - those are all free.
