1500-1700 calories daily should be enough to support you and yet allow you to dip into your fat stores IF you start a walking program.  that means even 10 minutes 2-3 times a day as a start, building up to 30-45 minutes daily.

I need to know how tall you are before your caloric intake can be calculated.  But probably around 1500-1600 calories.  Including 3 small meals and 2 snacks.  Increase water intake to at least 8-  8 oz. glasses per day.  Eat only whole wheat and whole grains, increase fiber, raw fruits and vegs.   No fried foods if you really want to lose.   Leat leaner cuts of meat.   Ground turkey or grd chicken instead of grd beef.  Replace meat with beans or any legumes at some meals.  R.
