I'VE HAD AN ALMOST LIFELONG STRUGGLE WITH BEING OVERWEIGHT,AND HAVE 'YO-YO'D UP AND DOWN SINCE ADOLESCENCE. NEITHER OF MY PARENTS NOR MY SISTER HAVE THIS PROBLEM. aLL i KNOW IS THAT TO BECOME AND MAINTAIN A NORMAL WEIGHT, i must eat no more than about 1200 calories. I am 74 years old and not in shape to do very invigorating exercise. Help!
