I'm assuming you want to know about Xenical - it's no miracle pill but for some people taking a drug that will cause them very unpleasant side effects if they go over a certain amount of fat consumption daily seems to help them control eating and instigate weight loss. most people have not stayed on it because of the gas, soiling issues.
