I have great news for all of the many readers of My Obesity Connection on HealthCentral who write us asking if there is a free gastric bypass surgery. Yes, Virginia, there is a free weight-loss surgery!

Learn how to apply for the Alice Neff Grant in my sharepost, Free Weight-Loss Surgery Grant Now Available! Applications are being accepted August 15th.

I will pray for you. You are not alone. I am in the same boat. I weigh 435 lbs. and my insurance company does not cover any type of weight loss surgery. I am wondering how much longer I can continue working as I am barely able to walk because of the toll that the extra weight is taking on my joints.

ALSO WHAT TYPE OF INSURANCE YOU HAVE.  ALSO I HAVE FOUND A PLACE IN MEXICO THAT WILL DO WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY FOR $11,000 BUT THAT DON'T HELP ME BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE $2.OO TO MY NAME.  BUT MAYBE IT WILL HELP YOU.  TEXT ME BACK
