YellI KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL. I AM 46 YEARS OLD AND AM IN DIRE NEED OF HEL LOSING WEIGHT. EVERYONE SAYS OH, STOP DRINKING YOUR PEPSI, WELL, I TRIED THAT BUT COULDNT DEAL WITH THE CAFFEINE HEADACHES FROMT HE CAFFEINE WITHDRAWLS. THEN THEY SAY OH TRY ALL THESE DIFFERENT DIET PILLS, THEN I SAY OKAY, ARE YOU GONNA PAY FOR THEM BECAUSE I CANT AFFORD TO AY FOR EVERYONE SOMEONE TELLS ME TO TRY.THEN YOU HEAR OH, YOU MUST EXERCISE AND WATCH WHAT YOU EAT. I HARDLY EVER EAT ANYTHING AND IT IS VERY HARD FOR ME TO EXERCISE BECAUSE I HAVE HAD 9 MAJOR BACK SURGERIES, WITH #10 ON THE WAY, I HAD KNEE SURGERY THAT WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE A SCOPE UNTIL HE LOOKED INTO THE SCOPE,AND DECIDED, OH TAKE TH SCOPE OUT WE HAVE TO OPEN UP THE WHOLE SIDE OF HER KNEE. THEN I HAVE HAD EMERGENCY KIDNEY SURGERY FOR 43 KIDNEY STONES. SO IT IS KINDA HARD FOR ME TO EXERCISE WITH CAUSING MYSELF MORE PAIN. WHERE I LIVE, I LIVE  N THE 3RD FLOOR,WITH NO ELEVATORS,SO ITS 28 STAIRS TO GO DOWN AND 28 TO COME BACK UP WHICH IS ALWAYS A JOY WHEN I GO SHOPPING. SO I REALLY FEEL SORY FOR YOU AND IF I CAN FIND ANY INFORMATION I CAN SEND IT TO YA. HERE IS MY EMAIL ADDRESS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JUST WRITE TO HAV SOME ONE TO CHAT WITH  CHERYL6147@COMCAST.NET . MY NAME IS CHERYL.  I IWSH YOU THE BEST,HEY, MAYBE WE CAN HELP EACH OTHER.

In 8 weeks you can expect to lose between 5 and 10 pounds if you:

Drink water as your beverage of choice

Switch out red meat for beans and fish 4 times a week

Choose only 1% and fat free dairy products

Lose the sodium - by nixing fast food, deli meats

Learn what are appropriate portion sizes of each food group choice

At every meal have a 4-6 ounce serving of protein, 1/2 cup healthy grain, fruit and vegetable with one serving of healthy fat.

Snacks should run about 150 calories

Get moving - build up to an hour a day of cardiovascular or cardio/weight training and switch off muscle groups.

Some gyms will give you a 7 day pass and one trainer session to try out the gym - take advantage and learn.

MOST INSURANCE COMPANIES OFFER GASTRIC BYPASS WHEN YOU HAVE DIABETES AT FULL COVERAGE. GET IT DONE, YOU WILL FEEL A MILLION TIMES BETTER, LIFE WILL BE EASER, DEPRESSION/ANXIETY WILL BE GONE, IT MIGHT EVEN HELP YOUR LEG/WEIGHT BARING JOINTS.

does anyone know if medicare covers the cost of a gastric bypass? im 44yo and extremly overweight. i had to quit my job ten years ago because of chronic pain and sever arthritis in my feet, knees, hips and back. and because of that i can no longer get any exercise and thus the weight gain, mostly in the past 7 years.

a few days ago i started having a shortness of breath and i think its because my lungs are being compressed from inside by my large stomach but i got to thinking i have been constipated for a few days, and i took a laxitive yesterday and today while napping my stomach did a large 'gurgle' and it felt like everything was settling and i could breath easier?

i went to my doctor today and told him all this and he agreed its possible that being 'backed up' can cause these kinds of symptoms? has anyone else ever had anything like this happen?
