Q: Excess liver fat ..how to you reverse this?

Excess liver fat ..how to you reverse this? I recently had my gallbaldder removed and the surgeon mentioned I have a fatty liver. What can I do to reverse this condition? I am trying to diet and get some exercise. Is there anything else?

As I loose weight, will that remove the fatty condition?

So glad you are taking lifestyle steps to address the fatty liver - and yes, a weight reduction program that includes fruits and vegetables, very lean (white turkey/chicken meat and fish) and also plant-based proteins, fat free dairy products, portion controlled servings of whole grains, a couple of small servings of healthy oils and then of course daily vigorous exercise should help to reduce the fat around your liver.
