Q: Is 60 too old to have gastric bypass surgery?

I am 60 years old and I am 5'4'' tall.  I weigh 280lbs.  I am afraid that I may be too old.  I have diabetes, asthma, GERD, high blood pressure, and have had a colon resection.  I also, have factor 5 which means that I have a tendency to have blood clots (I take coumadin daily for this).  HELP
