Hi,
I can understand how you want to lose weight, especially body fat. I have this same wish. However, I do want to point out that it would not be feasible for you to lose ALL of your body fat. There is actually a point where it is unhealthy to have too little body fat.
You can look on this page to see that gender and race affect what your recommended healthy body fat percentage might be. As you lose weight, it would be a good idea to remeasure your body fat percentage to see where you are at and reevaluate.
It'd be nice if we could provide support along this journey. I don't have professional advice to give, but I do share personal experiences and information which I learn along the way. Please subscribe to my posts and consider writing some of your own.
Perhaps consider losing just 5-10% of your total body weight and reevaluate where you are then. I've read that this amount is enough to be medically significant.
