mangoes aren't very sweet as grapes... why diabetic shouldn't eat it...

Hello Teresa,

 

According to the revised Glycemic Load index of 2002 1 serving of raw mango is no worse than most fruits for sugar content and is better than some. A diabetic can eat things with sugar in them. They simply must be carefull about how, when, and how much of those things they consume.
