Children who are not taking medication for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder are more likely to be overweight than kids who don't have ADHD, according to a new study. Researchers also found that kids with ADHD who are taking stimulants have a higher risk of being underweight. One critic of the study said that because obesity and ADHD are so common among children, there could be overlap between the two conditions, even if they were unrelated.
