A soon-to-be-released survey has found that the number of Americans on a diet is the lowest its been in twenty years. The survey scrutinized the eating habits of 5,000 people over the course of two weeks. Researchers found that six percent of all women in the United States and 16 percent of men were dieting, compared with the 39 percent of women and 29 percent of men who were dieting in 1990.
