Exercise helps even if weight is stable

Daily exercise will help your heart, even if you don't lose weight,
a small study has found. Researchers at Indiana University studied
16 overweight men and found that the men who did 30 minutes of
moderate activity on most days had a 24-percent improvement in
their vascular function compared to the men who got little
exercise. Experts say this means that exercise improves overall
health even if the rate of weight loss is slow.
