Eating Out Smart

Eating out can be incredibly challenging to our waistlines and our willpower. When the average person dines at a restaurant a bread basket will typically appear on the table and plate and portion sizes will typically tend to be large and inviting. Somehow temptation seems to force us to throw caution to the wind and our diets out the window.
