It all started when I had knee surgery and my orthopedist done bloodwork. He found positive ANA for lupus. He stuck to that and my regular family Dr ran the ANA test and found high titers for lupus too. He refered me to a Rheumatologist who looked at the blood test and said you don't have lupus.
