Hi I have osteoarthris in the knee, since I was 16 years of age.. I had 5 knee surgeries

and every knee surgery I had Lasted 8 years and then I would have to go through it again. This last surgery I had was in 1997 and  now no surgeries yet. 12 years now

and I must be doing something right. But I need to know what that is. Last summer

I standed along period of time and all day and it started to swell with fluid again and

when I rested, all night it went away in 2 days, I had to stay seated and rest.

Isn't that weird. I had the best knee doctor in Nashville, now he is retired, he

told me what to do, and now I haven't had a problem for now, But I am scared it will

do it again, so I try not to do alot of things to stand up a long period of time.

So, give me a answer on this please.

    Thanks Roxanne Simpkins
