I had Synvisc injections in my hip in August of 07. Felt really terrific until June of 08. Had Synvisc injecions in July of 08. Felt really great for about 6 weeks and then couldn't walk one day after golf. I thought I broke something. Doctor took new X-rays and informed me it was time for new hip. Had hip replaced in December of 08. Have felt no pain since the spinal for the surgery. Played golf last week for first time and my playing partner said it was like I used to play 3 or 4 years ago.
