Thank you for your input. You can also try ginger and turmeric which are also known to provide anti-inflammatory support. Some products contain both in an anti-inflammatory supplements which may also contain rosemary, green tea, and holy basil. Given time herbs can help relieve arthritis pain.

hi Christina hmmmmm i have read your post i have done the home remdies an my grandma would buy me thing that say to help arthritis an ate advil for years i think i have had arthritis for 26 years now an this is just me an how my body is right at this moment my feet my left foot my 4 toes at the balls of my feet the cartildge has detiorated an my right foot 4 an 5 toes the cartlidge has deteriorated an my ankles show signs of detiorating as goes for both of my knees but not as bad my right hip is bone to bone both of my wrist shows deterioration in them my right hand is defroming i would have to say if you have many signs of arthritis it is best to see a doctor an find one that well help you i dont want anyone to do what i did an end up like i have

I agree. If the arthritis is wide spread, involving many joints, then it is better to see a doctor first because some of the arthritic conditions like rheumatoid arthritis might be the cause. These diseases should be caught early in order to avoid severe joint deterioration. Like I said, you just need to know when to say when.
