For years I used to suffer from fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis in almost every joint in my body.  I'd lose movement of my shoulders or hips for months at a time when they'd go into spasm.  I drugged myself up and stayed in bed.  The less I moved the worse it got.  I had a massage therapist come in and work with me to get me moving.  That was the key.  The deep massages slowly broke down the spasms throughout my body.  Now the more I move and stretch each joint, the better I get.  I'll never stop moving again.  Stretch through the pain. Stretch and pull those muscles.  There is life beyond the pain.
