Everyone that suffers this debilatating disease is always looking for some relief; plenty of vultures in the 'pop a pill' market are just waiting for you to buy their magic cures; sorry, there ain't none. Sure, they will take your money and leave you hoping, that is about all. Return to the source of wisdom, what did the older generations use? For me I have found chili based cream a godsend. You can save money and make your own hot stuff! We all know that heat applied to the joint/s gives relief. If you want to buy the commerical type, you can buy a milder form or if you are brave (like me) the hot ointment - Finalgon as it is known here is my lifesaver in winter. You can go native and steam chillies, extract the juice and mix with sorbaline - try it and you will be so hot that you will forget about your pain and fry eggs instead. Seriously good stuff. Finalgon lasts up to six hours and showering next day invigorates the area again. Anyone tried it over in the States? The cost? Around $8aud.
