    Hi,

I am on my second revision and I had nothing but complications. Now at the age of 33 I am on my 3rd knee and I have tibia fractures which is so painful at every step. I feel your pain. I am now waiting to hear from the surgeon on what NOW needs to be done!!!!

      Hi,

I had my kee replaced in 2005 and then a partial replacement in 2007 because the femur part was too big for my body. 2007 was done by a different doctor of course.

Anyway, my understanding is we risk the chance of breaking our femur or tibia if we fall.  Theres no give in our knee anymore.  I know, this does not answer the question...

No pain patch, pain ointment helps it.

I was thinking perhaps the hardware came loose?  I'm in pain everyday with the knee replacement, just this is a different kind of pain.
