There are bad days. But you really look forward to the good days. I try to get as much done when I am feeling pretty good. It use to get me down. But the way you look at life has a lot to do with it. A dear friend just loss her husband after 28 years. Very suddenly. So if you are the kind of person that goes around and feels "poor me". This has taught me, not to take anything or anyone for granted, Be glad for what we have. Because It could be taken away without warning. Yes and I have joined a "wellness program". It is water (pool) exercise. There are people there a lot worse off then you. Plus you may meet a friend or two.
