Hi my name is Denise and I am a mother of two very active children and I was just told recently that the incredible pain in my left knee was not an injury, but OA. Wow, I guess I can deal with something when I know what it is, but it is frustrating what I cannot do with my kids. I cannot chase them across the yard anymore. I cannot blithely follow them up a hill, I even have trouble bowling with them. I know some of this will get better as I find ways to manage the pain and improve my physical condition, but for now it is just frustrating.
