Hi Marie,
My name is Denise. I just found out recently that i have OA of the knee. Where is yours? It really is a bummer isn't it? I am only 41 and feel like I am 81 because of the pain and stiffness. I was just checking out this site because it came thru my email. Anyway, i am calling my doctor tomorrow and telling him to set up surgery. I cannot take it anymore! He's thinking just an arthoscopy right now to clean things out. No knee replacement for me until i absolutely have to.
I will support you all i can, sweetie. I am learning about this myself. I just know that is hurts like crazy and it gets harder and harder each day to go to work and do my job. I am a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist and am on my feet all day long drawing blood. If only i had a stool or something to sit on!!! I will try to answer your question if i can, but most of all will be here if you just need a shoulder to cry on. I am so frustrated right now with the pain.
