Hi there! Glad to have read ur post and i was more glad indeed to have browsed over the topics about osteoarthritis of which i am one of so many who suffers with the disease and have gotten used to the pain.

Yah! indeed, i wud like to share with you that its best idea to live with the pain ..and i have learned to bear the pain for i have learned also to accept that the disease arthritis will be there with me forever. I was given some medications like Glucosamine sulfate 1500mg which helps stimulate specific components of our cartilage to thrive and reproduce.

By taking this for almost a month now, i have noticed i started to find relief from pain.

I am these days even started to feel pain on my knees...all i did is to do more stretching exercises with my legs by bending my knees and do some walking early in the morning as my exercise..

I hope i am able to share with you on how i had religiously helped myself in overcoming pain.
