Hi, I would like to know whether you are dealing with the overactive immune system for many of these diseases,( Rh arthrits, juvenile arth., osteo arth. Chrones disease, ? MS, Myesthenia Gravis, etc).  I am interested in the role of Vitamin B12 and D related to the above. I have read that the elderly do not process these vitamins well.  I can find very little on this subject and have a feeling that their is little out there as the normal range for Vitamin B12 seems to be between 200 and 900 (whatevers). This ramge is too large to have been investigated.  Thanks, I hope to get a reply.   Alice K. Leder
