You say that exercise is very good for these patients...but how are they going to do it with the pain in the knees?

yes how to exercise with all those knee pains. the trouble with those who came out with those ideas are doctors who themselves are not themselves having osteoatrhitis and they read somewhere and pass this stupid knowhow. logically if an engine has no grease do u expect it not to overheat???

hi im 47 male . didnt expect nobody to answer hehe since u wrote a long time ago. im from malaysia.having osteoathritis boths knees and tinnitus and being asthmatic all my life moderate anyway. stumbled into this website too to learn what is oa. having all these my doctor said i could still work can u imagine that. they said its not chronic. but if a teen punches u its acceptable right but a few more teens would bring down a strong man. so its stupid doctors im having here. they even said im in ortho only so ortowise ure ok disregarding all other impairment am having . now am stuck between living and dying cant work and support 7 mouths and rents and food and utilities and everyday expenses. and am not dead also for the social security. im a zombie.
